8263, Snow Groomer at NY Toy Fair, 2009

8263, Snow Groomer is being exhibited at New York Toy Fair, 2009.
Not that the pictures give us a lot of new details, but it worths to see (at least because there aren't others).

After some references to 'Pisten Bully' and 'Snow Groomer', it becomes now clear from the box inscription, which is this set's official name.
The set includes 590 parts, from which we already saw before there are at least a few new panels. The 'new' treads are black, for the first time into an official TECHNIC set and sprockets also got a new color.

From the 'Family Photo' it seems no other TECHNIC new sets for the 2nd half, were shown at the NY Toy Fair.

I didn't like the pearl light gray sprockets, they'd be better in light bley. BTW it says 49.99 for the price, if it hasn't been mentioned before. I think that's an ok price. At least it's a unique vehicle. We're a little tired of the construction theme :)

I'm not sure if they are Pearl Light Gray ???
It could be an effect from the camera flash and they are Light Bluish Gray, instead.

I agree with Lego Adam: it's nice to see something original from LEGO! But I still think the Snow Groomer looks a bit empty in the rear...
