We have been trying to list every LEGO Technic commercial available online, that we are able to find. Specially the older ones, which are not so easy to find nowadays.
Despite the low video quality, here it is one which I think it was not yet listed before at TBs . The set is the 8485 (Control Centre II), released already 15 years ago.
It was certainly one of the most advanced LEGO sets at its time, and it is still among the most favorite LEGO Technic sets from many fans.

A sort of reinvigorated 'Control Centre', is something actually missing in the current PF elements portfolio, which certainly would leverage a different kind of sets and MOCs.

Of course we have the MINDSTORMS platform, but that's another and expensive league, not necessarily required for many applications.

Ah this brings back memories.
You seem to have most of them from the golden age of technic, all but one anyway:

This one I had never seen before! :)
Something new to post at a later time. ;)
Thanks!
Thanks for the link Al. That's the one Technic commercial I still would like to have in my collection. It has lots of childhood memories.
By the way. did you know that on youtube Barebos and afolTV are one and the same. ;)
@Barman, Barebos
Always learning, afolTV! :D
It took a while to find that old commercial but it brought back so many memories. Still haven't found an english version where the announcer says "lego technic, the dynamics of mechanics". How cool is that.
I don't mean to sound nostalgic but when you look at the 8880 commercial they really don't make them like they used to.

I´ll second that!
I´m not too impressed with
Mindstorms, RCX or NXT:
anolog stuff is more of
my domains.
I hope that I will be done
with at least one of my MOCs in 2011,which will be operated/
controlled with both Technic Control Centres; 8094 and 8485.
I wish the crew on TBs and
the vistors of this magnificent
blog A Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to you Ulf, and to all of our readership as well, of course!
