For whatever the reason it is, new sets always get selling first at shop.LEGO.com in North America.
So for now only US and Canadian fans may order them from LEGO online shop, but soon they might be available for ROW countries where the shop is also available.
Buy them, if you can!

Fernando, do you know when the PDF B-MODEL INSTRUCTIONS will be made available online? I wrote Lego Customer Service, but they act like a "black hole" with no answer....
Wierd that the advertisement below the post is about technic sets 2012 and the picture is of 9397 which has'nt been released yet
@Dave
No I don't know, but guess we won't have a much long wait in front.
@carzzzz9999
Indeed! But it seems the new banner for 2012 and beyond. And they can also start promoting 9397 right now to create willingness to buy in the consumers. :)
@Conchas
has it been confirmed that the 9397 logging truck will release in January or will it be released in March?
thanks
As only the other sets are already available, I suspect the Logging Truck will only be available in March, like this year's 8070 Supercar. Too bad, as it is one of the 1H2012 sets I anticipate the most, along with the Minimog and the Mini Crawler Crane.
