eh, not entirely purist, but with a few simple mods this will be. Love the cutting edge, though.
I really like this creation. However, I think the builder should have either added or subtracted some plate/brick height on the side walls so the vertical black pin near the front wouldn't be in compression (at 1:10)...

okay, so maybe it just barely qualifies as technic, but you gotta love a practical application for lego. that nifty dispenser would dress up any work desk.
