This week the TechVideo arrived a bit earlier.
See this amazing LEGO Technic Axle Sorter made by the GBC master, Akiyuky (AS-L40A).
Although this is not a GBC module, it looks much like one and it uses many of the same principles he uses in his GBC modules (hence the tag I've labelled this post with).
As some (but not all) might have expected, one single motor, drives it all!

It is really amazing to see so many automation techniques, put into this single construction.
Disclaimer:
Please avoid sending requests to post specific models on this TBs

We understand some of you would enjoy to see your creations featured here, but please understand that because only one video gets highlighted per week, it is impossible to accommodate all the great MOCs continuously build by the Technic builders out there. They simply won't fit all and that's also not the purpose of this blog (see the header statement).
Many of your MOCs are scanned anyway and listed for later publication when they do not fit immediately. However some remain in the backlog queue just for too long and eventually loose the relevance or the publication opportunity window. As a rule of thumb, we also avoid publishing MOCs that have been featured by their authors or other fans at some other great web places dedicated to the Technic community out there. It doesn't mean that occasionally some won't get published here anyway.
Thanks for your understanding!

it's a mechanical masterpiece, simply awesome !
Amazing!
There is one part which I do not understand - how do the axles fall into the right boxes?
Increadible indeed!
@Karol: the staggered holes in the floor beneath the conveyor do the job. See it at t=2.27
Wonderful, could watch this all day!
To Karol Ciszek: I wonder too.
On second play, I realized, that sorting is made by hole above each drawer, which is increasing in length. So "not hole" part is shortenning and axe (which is aligned to end) just do not fall if "no hole" is bigger then half of it's lenght. And fall just when "no hole" is smaller then half of lenght.
See 12:18-12:23.
Sorting is made from longer axle to shorter. Axle 2 have no "no hole" part.
Thanks guys, now I get it!
